Oakleigh IP Services was formed in 2010 to combine the experience and expertise of Alan Venner, previously a Senior Partner at well known London Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys Venner Shipley LLP, and David Goldring, previously head of UK operations for the Novagraaf Group, one of the largest Intellectual Property businesses in Europe.
In 2019, Oakleigh IP Services joined forces with ip21 Ltd which resulted in Keeley Williams and Ed Clarke joining the Oakleigh team. Metodi Yurukov then joined Oakleigh IP in 2020 to strengthen Oakleigh’s trade mark management and conflict resolution expertise and to help set up the firm’s EU office.
