Keeley is a Chartered UK and European Trade Mark Attorney with more than 10 years’ experience working at some of the UK’s leading patent and trade mark law firms. She has extensive experience representing a diverse client base ranging from micro/startup to multinational organisations, advising them on all aspects of trade mark management, prosecution and enforcement as well as resolving contentious matters and negotiating settlement agreements.
Keeley has represented clients across many sectors including fashion, food and drink, animation, aviation, software, finance and property. She has significant experience in devising international filing strategies for clients, handling IPO objections and resolving third party oppositions, as well as trade mark infringement claims at the High Court.
